Complimentary standard shipping on all orders within Türkiye.
Orders are dispatched from Istanbul within 3–7 business days. Delivery time after dispatch varies depending on your location and the courier.
For made-to-order pieces, any additional production time will be indicated on the product page.

Return & Exchange
Bera Design’dan satın aldığınız ürünleri, teslim aldığınız tarihten itibaren 14 gün içinde iade edebilirsiniz.

Return & Exchange Terms
If the invoice of the product you want to return is issued on behalf of an institution, it must be sent together with the return invoice issued by the institution. Otherwise, the return process cannot be completed.
Returns of products whose original box/packaging has been damaged, cargo label is pasted on the box, and taped with cargo duct tape are not accepted. Products received in this way will be sent back as received with the payment of the other party.
All standard accessories of the product, product label, storage bag, if any, must be sent undamaged and complete with the original packages.
If your return does not comply with the return conditions, the relevant product will be sent back to your address free of charge by cargo.
The return of transactions made by credit card will be made within 1-3 business days, and the return of transactions made by debit card will be made within 7 - 14 business days. The time for the refund amount to be credited to your account varies depending on the bank of your card. If there is a delay in the reflection of your account, you can get detailed information from your bank.
We DO NOT ACCEPT RETURNS ON SALE ITEMS. Returns are only accepted for New Collection items at the retail selling price.
For product exchanges, you can make your exchange transactions by coming to our store with your exchange card or by calling our customer service on +90 538 478 08 02 or by sending an e-mail to info@beradesign.com.
After checking the compliance of your product(s) with the exchange conditions, the status of the exchange process will be sent to you by e-mail as soon as possible.
If the product you want is available in our stocks, it will be sent to you free of charge by cargo within 1 business day. If the product is not in stock, the fee you paid will be refunded to your account according to your payment method.
